South Florida · Material applications

Mineral systems, resolved as architecture.

Walls, floors, wet rooms and sculptural elements ask different things of a finish. We begin with the application, then resolve the substrate, assembly and details that make the material appropriate. Initial priorities include fireplaces, architectural features, hoods, feature walls, built-ins, powder rooms, vanities and appropriately qualified bathroom applications. Proposed applications are subject to project-specific qualification and contracting arrangements.

01

Microcement

Continuous, thin-build finishes for architectural surfaces and forms.

  • Feature walls, ceilings and fireplace surrounds
  • Floors and stairs
  • Kitchen hoods and surfaces
  • Bathrooms and wet rooms
  • Vanities, integrated elements and sculptural volumes

Each use is reviewed against the specific manufacturer's system, substrate, movement, exposure and maintenance requirements. Floors, stairs, basins and wet rooms are developed as distinct assemblies—not treated as interchangeable uses of one finish.

02

Tadelakt

A hand-worked lime finish with softness, depth and a distinctive response to light.

  • Feature walls
  • Intimate rooms
  • Curved forms
  • Selected bathroom and shower walls

Water-repellent finish and waterproof construction are different responsibilities. Wet-area specifications follow the exact system's approved uses, with drainage, transitions, waterproofing and maintenance resolved together. Horizontal surfaces and immersion require separate product-specific approval.

03

Lime + mineral plaster

Mineral-rich wall and ceiling finishes with quiet texture and tonal movement.

  • Whole-room surfaces
  • Feature walls and ceilings
  • Fireplace surrounds
  • Residential and hospitality interiors
  • Selected exterior systems

Interior and exterior systems are selected separately. Samples establish the intended color, texture and degree of variation; they are not a promise of mechanically identical handwork.

04

Architectural elements

Material development for singular volumes: fireplace surrounds, kitchen hoods, vanities, furniture, curved walls and integrated details.

  • Sculptural fireplaces
  • Monolithic kitchen hoods
  • Built vanities and furniture
  • Curved walls and transitions
  • Custom sample development

Form, support and finish are coordinated with the designer and responsible trades. Structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and waterproofing responsibilities are identified explicitly.
