Clarity before craft
The finish is often the thinnest layer in the room. Its success depends on everything beneath it and everyone who touches the work before and after.

We examine substrate, geometry, transitions, wet-area strategy, movement, environmental conditions, access, protection, and adjacent trade responsibilities. Manufacturer documentation governs the selected system.
Samples establish color family, texture, sheen, and acceptable movement. Because mineral finishes are hand-applied, the approved sample is a direction and control—not a promise of mechanical repetition.
The proposal identifies inclusions, exclusions, assumptions, substrate readiness, mockups when required, schedule dependencies, and protection responsibilities.
Work proceeds through documented preparation, primers or membranes where specified, finish layers, curing, sealing when applicable, and deliberate protection between trades.
The completed work is reviewed with maintenance and care guidance appropriate to the system. Touch-up expectations and any project-specific limitations are recorded.
